Guests may arrive at 2:30 PM, to stroll the grounds and soak in the beauty of the day, before the ceremony draws us together.

cocktail hour

4:00 pm — 5:00 pm

As the ceremony concludes, we invite guests to wander, mingle, and enjoy the delights of the cocktail hour. During this time, cherished moments will be captured in photographs — a quiet record of joy, laughter, and shared celebration.

reception

5:00 pm — 7:00 pm

The celebration continues as we gather to feast, dance, and let the joy of the day sweep us away. Tears of happiness are more than welcome — they are part of the magic. Together, we’ll share stories, raise glasses, and revel in the love that brought us here.

after party

7:00 pm — 9:30 pm

The after-party invites both dancers and dreamers: sway to the music, or gather for D&amp;D one-shots where adventures await. To let the venue rest from our merriment, the final farewell is at 9:30 PM.

Things to Do

Since our gathering is small and close-knit, we haven’t set aside hotel rooms. That said, there are some lovely nearby spots where you can stay, unwind, and maybe even let the weekend’s magic linger a little longer.

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort is a spacious casino-hotel offering an expansive gaming floor, a full selection of table games, a hotel, multiple restaurants and bars, and a bowling alley and event space. It's an upscale and convenient spot for out-of-town guests to unwind and enjoy during the wedding weekend. It's located about 10 minutes from our venue.

Angel Of The Winds 

Tulalip Resort Casino is a spacious casino-hotel offering an expansive gaming floor, a full selection of table games, a luxury hotel, multiple restaurants and lounges, and a relaxing spa and pool area. It's an upscale and convenient spot for out-of-town guests to unwind and enjoy during the wedding weekend. It's located about 40 minutes from our venue.

Tulalip  Casino

Best Western Plus Arlington/Marysville is a comfortable, full-service hotel offering spacious rooms (many with mini-fridges and microwaves), a complimentary hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and easy access off I-5. It's a practical and welcoming option for guests who prefer a quiet, budget-friendly stay during their visit. It's located about 15 minutes away from our venue.

We invite all travelers to arrive in attire befitting of far off realms—gowns that swirl, tunics that tell tales, belts boots and cloaks, and all manner of enchanted garb. Let your ensemble celebrate the wonder of the wandering road.Should such raiments not dwell in your wardrobe, fear not: the All-Black Attire calls forth a striking silhouette, cloaked in shadow from head to heel.

What to Wear

We invite you to step into a touch of fantasy —think elves in flowing fabrics, tieflings with bold touches, wizards in layered robes, rogues in dark linens and leather accents, or any soft medieval look that hints at magic and adventure. Go subtle or go bold, whatever feels fun.

If dressing in theme isn't your thing, all-black semi-formal still fits perfectly into the atmosphere.

Weather & Setting

Arlington in early October tends to be cool, and rain may drift through like a passing spell. Bring layers so you can bundle up or lighten your look as the day unfolds. Our ceremony is expected to take place on grass (if it isn't raining), so choose footwear that keeps you comfortable and sure-footed on the forested grounds.

Kindly Avoid

We ask that guests avoid white, ivory, cream, or any near-white shades, so the bride can keep her moment of magic. Please skip neon colors and modern logos, as they break the fantasy spell of the day. Props are welcome, but no real weapons of any kind (foam or clearly decorative items are fine). For everyone's comfort, please refrain from strong perfumes, and avoid large props like wings that could block seating or views. Lastly, please skip light-up or LED accessories, as the venue will already be beautifully lit for the evening's enchantment.
